John qualified as a Solicitor in 1986.  He obtained a BCL in 1983 and completed a post-graduate LLB Specialising in Employment Law.  He was one of the original founding members of the firm in 1993.  He represents both Employers and Employees in all aspects of Employment Law.  He represents the largest Insurance Company in Ireland, Financial Institutions and an International Food Multiple in relation to their Defence Litigation.  He does a lot of business advisory work and represents  private clients in Personal Injury cases.  He also acts for professional sports people and business people in negotiations in relation to their careers.  He appears regularly on radio and advises newspapers and other media outlets on Defamation Law.
