Partner

Shirley qualified as a Solicitor in 2001.  She obtained a post-graduate LLB from NUI Galway in 1996.  She is a Partner in the Banking and Commercial Department.  She has extensive experience in Banking and Commercial Conveyancing including lending to private individuals and companies on behalf of Financial Institutions and practices widely in the area.  Shirley has worked on Examinerships, Liquidations, and Receiverships.   She holds a Diploma from the Law Society of Ireland in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring.   She practices in all areas of Litigation to include Personal Injuries and Defence Litigation acting for Private, Institutional, Insurance Companies and Multi-National clients.
