David Browne, Partner, heads up the firm's Employment Law Department. BDM Boylan Solicitors LLP are retained by a large number of Employers as well as representing many Employees. They have completed thousands of cases, previously in the Employment Appeals Tribunal, which has been supplanted by the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and hundreds of cases in the Labour Court.

David graduated with a BCL Degree from University College Cork in 1985
Shirley qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. She obtained a post-graduate LLB from NUI Galway in 1996.
Ciarán graduated from UCC in 2019 with a First-Class Honours BCL Clinical Degree, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2023. Ciarán works in all areas of Litigation and also advises private and institutional clients regarding Data Protection Law.
