Entitlement to copy of the Will

I am frequently asked on Probate Files who is entitled to a copy of the Will. The only person entitled to see the Will is in fact the Executor of the Will. If a non-executor wants to see the Will then this has be with the permission of the Executor. However it is common practise for Executor of the Will relating to a Beneficiary to be provided to them so that they are aware of what Inheritance they are likely to receive. This is aside of course from the fact that Accounts are required to be produced on finalisation of the Estate, though again the Beneficiaries may not be entitled to a full copy of all these depending on the circumstances in a particular Estate.
